has on your customers, your suppliers and your staff. The changes
you implement in the way you do business may have both positive and
negative effects that may require careful consideration on your part.
The most important thing is to keep all parties well-informed and
provide adequate means to educate them. If necessary, you may even
have to do a "sell job" on them to encourage them to use
the new system.
